Career Path 

Noureddine is the co-founder of Baker Tilly in Morocco, where he plays a pivotal role, particularly in Transaction Services Advisory. His leadership and expertise have been central to the firm’s growth and its successful integration into the global Baker Tilly network. Noureddine’s focus on providing top-tier advisory services has made Baker Tilly a trusted partner for clients navigating complex transactions.

Prior to founding Baker Tilly in Morocco, Noureddine spent eight years at Deloitte, where he managed various audit, statutory audit, and advisory assignments for major national and international groups. His extensive experience at Deloitte provided him with a deep understanding of financial reporting standards, including IFRS and US GAAP.

In addition to his audit and advisory experience, Noureddine also served as Deputy Finance Manager for a major multinational group. In this role, he gained significant experience in financial management, further enhancing his ability to provide strategic financial advice to his clients.
